The Legislative System Is Barbaric

Think & Reform

In this episode, Luke explores how flawed human legislation damages society, contrasting the failures of the legislative branch with the enduring wisdom of God’s system of justice. The discussion kicks off with Tucker Carlson’s encounter with Trump’s shocking disregard for the next generation, followed by a passionate podcast debate on objective versus subjective morality and a frustrated lawyer bemoaning the lack of accountability for perjurers. Next, a former cop watches in horror as he is arrested simply because his firearms became illegal overnight, before taking a fascinating historical look back at Boris Yeltsin being stunned by an ordinary American supermarket. Finally, the show wraps up with a deep dive into hyper-patriarchal families that implode due to selfish fathers.
